Marriott's Grande Vista

We had a great stay at Marriott’s Grand Vista, and it was an excellent fit for our family of five with teenagers. The villa was very spacious, with comfortable living, bedroom, and bathroom areas that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool area was a standout—watching The Empire Strikes Back on the outdoor screen was such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family. We also loved the beautifully decorated central Christmas tree, which made for a perfect holiday family photo and really added to the festive atmosphere. Convenient location near SeaWorld, great amenities, and plenty of space for a larger family. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent location and really well maintained! Loved the colorful gardening, holiday lights, play areas, and to top it all were the amazing pool areas!! Very convenient to the theme parks… The onsite restaurants with food and bar for quick meals were really nice! Room service could be done better and needs to be thorough. We were out of basic things like body wash, coffee pouches etc for most of the stay…

Had a nice stay here. Guys were working on the roof during the day, but they told us that at check-in so that didn’t come as a surprise. Also, the pools were nice. The fitness center was really nice and the grounds are really well taken care of. The bathrooms were nice, but we did have a little mold in our shower floor.

We were just here for a 7 night vacation and had a great time staying at the Marriott Grande Vista in a 2 bedroom villa. Every employee of the resort was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We made good use of a few of the pools and spa/hot tubs. Saw a great show with Dueling Pianos at the Copa Loca bar and grill. Drinks and food were good there also. Sat at the Cove bar for drinks a couple times. The grounds were great with all the different plants. We made use of the available gas grills for cooking a couple dinners. Everything was always clean and well maintained. Great location for everywhere we wanted to go to. Saw a rocket launch from Cocoa Beach. Will definitely return back there again.

I was a bit hesitant at first considering the price of rooms seemed like a low nightly fee. But when you go to check out and chose how many bedrooms etc it does bring up the price to a more average marriott price in Orlando. Which is fine...because this place is absolutely amazing! It is so well kept both indoors and out! The landscape and flowers are just gorgeous, and whoa so many different Palm trees, just amazing. We have three children 12, 9, 5 who loved it here. The crowd was great. The poolside food was great, try the golf club restaurant too. The room was so clean, air quality wonderful, comfortable beds. One mattress was a little more firm than the other two but was still a good mattress! My husbands exact words, let's come here every year!

We stayed four nights in building 99, first floor and had an excellent view of the ninth hole from our screened-in porch. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom villa. Everything was fantastic- no smells, no bugs, no maintenance issues. Comfortable beds, excellent showers and plenty of space for four people. We would highly recommend this property. It is lavish, comfortable and safe in a gated community. The people at the front desk were courteous and helpful at both check-in and check out. We unplugged the phones in our villa so that we were never disturbed. The front desk texted with any upcoming activities. We will definitely return to this property. We really enjoyed it. We had fun playing pickleball and walking the trails. The heated pools and hot tubs were fantastic. Disney World is 14 minutes away. Disney Springs is 23 minutes away. SeaWorld is 8 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is made up of several buildings surrounding a golf course and a large lake. Staff was friendly- sometimes in a kind of "robotic" way but nice nonetheless. I believe the property is a Marriott time-share type setup, but used as a hotel as well. No one bothered us with a time-share pitch or anything like that, so don't be concerned about staying at the property if you just want to use it as a hotel. Our room was large, with a small kitchen- refrigerator, microwave, sink. Parking was quoted as $30/day and laundry facilities were free with the hotel providing free laundry soap, and misc kitchen items like paper towels. There were a couple of small pools around the property that you could visit if you wanted a little more of a "quiet" pool experience, along with a central, large pool area that was busier with food and a bar adjacent to this large resort-style pool. Gym was medium sized and busy in the late mornings when I visited, with modern equipment and very well kept. Would recommend staying here and would come back.

Absolutely gorgeous property that's constantly being maintained by an incredible staff of housekeepers, maintenance crews, and landscapers. My room was alllllll the way at the end and even though I arrived late at night and b bedraggled by a day of travel, checking in couldn't have been easier. Security was fast on the scene when I couldn't get into my room and were super kind and helpful. The room was lovely, bright and airy with a balcony, and the shower was incredible. Would absolutely stay here again.
